Poynter & Bucheri counted all 111,462 crashes IMPD reported from 2021 through 2025 on the City of Indianapolis Vision Zero crash map, within about 75 meters (250 feet) of each intersection. W. 38th St. & Moller Rd. had the most, 335. This is IMPD-reported crashes only; State Police and other agencies' crashes mostly aren't included. Injury counts cover January 2021 through May 2025 only, because the layer stops recording injuries after May 2025. Read the full study and method.
