How we work
- Free case review with one of our personal injury attorneys.
- Contingency fee: if you do not win your case, you will pay no attorneys’ fees. If there is no recovery, the client owes no fee and no costs. Case costs and expenses are paid from any settlement or recovery.
- Honest assessments: we counsel clients on when it is in their best interest to accept or reject an insurance company’s offer.
- Outside professionals when the case calls for it, such as engineers, medical evaluators, and economists, as described in case summaries on our firm website.

Editorial standards
The guides on this site are written and reviewed by Poynter & Bucheri. Facts and figures come from official Indiana and federal sources—such as the Indiana Code, the federal motor carrier safety regulations, the Indiana State Police, the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, NHTSA, and Indiana crash data published by the Indiana University Public Policy Institute for the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute—and each guide links to those sources and shows the data year for every statistic. We do not estimate or round official figures into new numbers. See our Indiana accident resources and Indiana crash statistics pages. This website is advertising material, and its guides are general information, not legal advice.
General information only—not legal advice. Laws change and every case is different; deadlines can be shorter in some situations. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
